Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00 | Up to £30.00/hr (umbrella)
What We're Looking For:
A qualified Social Worker (DipSW or equivalent) with post-qualifying training.
A confident, motivated professional who leads by example and drives our journey towards excellence.
Strong decision-making skills with a clear understanding of statutory duties related to children looked after and care leavers.
Experienced in statutory childcare work, especially with Children Looked After.
️ Skilled in managing complex casework effectively.
️ A confident communicator, building rapport and delivering clear information to children, families, and colleagues.
Committed to timely and appropriate support for children and families.
Excellent partnership working skills and the ability to take initiative.
Experience working across organizational boundaries to improve outcomes.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with professionalism.
