Our client is a leading Company within the food industry. Due to a company re-structure and development within the organisation, they are looking for a number of Multi-Skilled Electrically biased Maintenance Engineers to join their expanding team as they grow as a business. If you are Electrically biased and looking to build your career within the food industry then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
Shifts & Benefits Package:
1. Shift: 12 hours days and nights rota (2 days/ 2 nights 4 off)
2. Salary: GBP46,000 - GBP49,000+ DOE
3. Benefits: upto 8% matched pension, 5% Bonus, Life Assurance, healthcare cash back plan
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Provide front line maintenance support to the shift operations team
2. Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
3. Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment
4. Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance
5. Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Multi Skilled Background
2. Manufacturing experience is preferred
3. Self-motivated and able to work in a team
4. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices & continuous improvement mentality
5. Must have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC
