Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 Pro Rota

Hours – Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm or 11am – 4pm or 10am -3pm (20-25 hours per week)
Part Time Administrator Role
* Booking in of products on to the system using our ERP system, checking and matching paperwork ensuing the product is correct.
* Processing production orders for stock / sales orders.
* Serialised container returns – Checking in IBC’s and updating the system to generate a deposit refund.
* Inputting driver load sheets for own transport and third party.
* Booking jobs onto 3rd party hauliers portal
* Booking jobs onto own EPOD system.
* Producing paperwork for outgoing goods – picking sheets for warehouse & load sheets for trucks.
* Filing of purchase and sales orders.
* Assisting with stock audits.
* Stock queries – reconciling book stock against actual stock using physical checks to resolve any issues
Part Time Administrator Skills Required
* Good communication skills

* Experience using ERP systems
* Proficient Microsoft office skills: Excel / Word / Outlook
* Warehouse and stock administration experience
