In this exciting and varied role, you will form part of the divisional triumvirate within the Division of Surgery and Women’s & Children’s Services. Working alongside leadership colleagues (Divisional Operations Director, Divisional Medical Director, and appointed deputies and the Trust senior nurse leadership team), you will support and drive the strategic direction of the division and wider organisation, whilst providing effective and visible leadership to the nursing and AHP workforce. The Lead Nurse position is pivotal to leading and influencing excellence in patient care and professional practice and covers a wide range of service responsibilities.
