We're looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our award-winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team in Bristol, as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme, delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet, and society.
This role offers an opportunity to work on building services, energy, and sustainability projects, collaborating early in the design process, guiding development, and helping clients make key decisions to ensure buildings deliver their intended performance.
As a graduate, you will develop your expertise in an interdisciplinary environment, supported by colleagues and senior staff, with a focus on collaboration and continuous learning.
Your role includes:
* Working on live projects across sectors like healthcare and education
* Mechanical services design and calculations
* Collaborating on scheme design concepts
* Using Revit and 3D BIM software
* Design coordination with other disciplines
* Producing detailed designs and drawings
* Contributing to energy and sustainability strategies
* Participating in meetings and site visits
* Researching new technologies
Your work may involve heating, ventilation, air conditioning, drainage, and water services.
About you:

* Persistent - resilient in facing challenges
* Collaborative - effective team players
* Problem-solvers - confident to challenge and innovate
Note: Graduates are expected to work in the office 4 days a week to receive support.
What we offer:
* Private medical insurance
* Benefits like holiday buy/sell, income protection, life assurance
* Permanent contract
* Career development support
* Inclusive team environment and support networks
