People Programme Manager - 12 month FTC Senior Talent Development Manager (M) Job title: People, Programme Manager (FTC until 30 September 2026) Location: Dublin, UK, Isle of Man or Malta Reporting Line: HR Advisor and HR Programme Manager Overview of the role: An experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the People programs of work within a broader business transformation programme. This role will play a critical part in aligning our People function with the evolving needs of the business and driving successful organisational change. The role involves coordinating timelines, dependencies, and resources to deliver outcomes on time, within scope, and with clear measurements of success. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. What you’ll do: Lead the end-to-end delivery of People workstreams within the overall business transformation programme. Act as a trusted advisor to the MD, People and senior leadership on transformation-related matters. Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, roadmaps, and delivery milestones for people transformation initiatives. Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of programme outcomes, establishing and maintaining a risk register, mitigating risks and managing dependencies. Ensure the employee experience is at the heart of transformation activities. Provide regular updates to the MD, People, programme steering committees, and other governance forums. Maintain robust programme documentation, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanisms. Encourage and facilitate collaboration across all workstreams, functions and divisions by being an advocate for change ensuring issues are rectified quickly and bottlenecks are removed. A focus on sharing standard process on programme and project methodology with the wider HR team Lead, mentor and develop project manager What you’ll bring: You should have a solid background in programme management, balancing multiple projects in complex environments. You’re likely familiar with delivering HR or change programmes and have a thorough understanding of various project management techniques. Your ability to manage both time and resources will be key to your success. In addition, your communication skills—both written and verbal—will help you connect with diverse collaborators. You’ll adapt your communication style to fit the needs of different audiences. Decision-making comes naturally to you, and you approach challenges with creativity and focusing on finding new solutions.
