About the Role

This role is dedicated to ensuring a seamless, end-to-end process—from accurate invoicing to timely customer payments—while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will join a dedicated team who all culture accountability and innovation, you will also champion efficiency, implement KPI-driven success measures, and serve as a trusted partner to our venues. Above all, you will inspire, develop, and motivate your peers to achieve their full potential and contribute to the organisation’s growth.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is 22.5 hours per week - we can be flexible across 3 days.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accounts Receivable operations – adhering to the full process from invoice creation to customer payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across your portfolio of venues.

* Monitoring financial health – Regularly review aged debtors, debtor days, and credit notes to maintain strong cash flow and minimise risk.

* Driving process improvement – Use Power BI dashboards and KPIs to track success and collaborate with US D365 support teams to resolve issues and implement system enhancements.

* Supporting transactional activities – Assist with group inbox management, daily bank postings, and provide cover for finance transactions when needed.

* Ensuring attention to detail and compliance – Process invoices and credit notes accurately while upholding best practices and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with:

* Accounts Receivable experience with a solid understanding of processes, systems, and control frameworks.

* Strong technical skills, ideally including intermediate Excel proficiency with formulas.

* Excellent planning and organisational ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

* Resilience and adaptability, thriving under pressure while working both reactively and proactively.

* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build strong relationships.
