🚀 Senior National Account Manager – Health & Grocery
Location: Holborn, London (Hybrid: 3-4 days in-office)
Salary: £60-70k + bonus + equity options

You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role, driving growth in some of the UK’s biggest retailers. From building out joint business plans to leading forecasting and promotions, this is an opportunity to help shape the retail future of a brand that’s making serious waves in the wellness world.
We're looking for someone who thrives on ownership, loves diving into data, and can build relationships that go the distance. You’ll be working closely with our commercial, supply and marketing teams - and directly with buyers - to make sure our retail presence is firing on all cylinders.
🛒 What You’ll Be Doing
Account Ownership & Growth
* Manage and grow key UK national accounts across health and grocery
* Build strategic joint business plans that unlock sustainable long-term growth
* Own promotional planning from concept to execution
* Monitor EPOS and stock data to spot opportunities and maximise sales
* Deepen relationships with buyers and supply chain teams to stay ahead of the curve
* Identify new opportunities for NPD, merchandising, and standout shelf presence
Forecasting & Commercial Planning
* Lead forecasting and demand planning across key accounts
* Analyse and report performance data to drive action
* Support retail P&L management and quarterly business reviews
* Bring commercial insight that fuels fast, smart decision-making
🙌 What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years experience managing national UK retail accounts (health & grocery ideal)
* A track record of scaling listings and delivering serious results
* Commercial confidence - you’re comfortable with P&Ls, Excel models and data
* Detail-oriented and proactive - you're happy rolling up your sleeves and owning it
* Strong communicator with great relationship-building skills
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth brand environment
* A genuine passion for wellness and doing work that matters
