Sales Account Manager - B2B Full-time | Permanent | Competitive salary benefits WE Talent are supporting our client with the recruitment of an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established business, managing and developing key customer relationships while driving retention and growth across the B2B marketplace. The Role: As a Sales Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of B2B customers, building strong and trusted partnerships to ensure their needs are fully understood and met. You’ll take a proactive approach to customer engagement, monitoring sales activity and trends, recovering lapsed spend, and identifying new business opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships, gaining a clear understanding of client needs and future opportunities. * Proactively monitor customer sales and engagement activity, addressing areas of reduced or lapsed spend. * Act as the customer voice within the business, sharing insights to help improve the overall customer experience. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of products and services. * Meet agreed customer requirements within set timelines, resolving issues efficiently. * Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, progress against goals, and quarterly initiatives. * Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets across your B2B accounts while seeking opportunities for new business development. * Schedule and prepare quarterly meetings with clients. * Research and suggest new ways to increase customer engagement and strengthen partnerships. About You: We are looking for a commercially driven individual with proven experience in B2B sales and account management. You’ll be confident in developing customer relationships at all levels, skilled at identifying growth opportunities, and motivated by achieving results. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to balance relationship management with delivering sales performance. Apply Today!
