Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Buckie and Keith. You will support our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. Your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.
Requirements
* Full‑time or part‑time availability.
* Flexible to work 9 am–5 pm and a mix of 7 am–2 pm and 4 pm–10 pm shifts. You will usually have every other weekend off.
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
* Right to work in the UK and subject to a PVG check.
* In Scotland, registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is required. You must maintain registration and complete annual renewal.
* Will work towards SVQ2; Cera will fund the course, however the SVQ registration fee is payable by the employee.
