Part Time Office Administrator - Christchurch - £35,000 - £40,000 Pro rata
Bond Williams are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a small team in Christchurch. This role will provide support to the Finance and Senior management team. This is a temporary position that has the possibility to go permanent.
Responsibilities:
Finance tasks:
Setting up new customers on Sage Intacct
Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices
Processing Sales Ledger Invoices
Administration Tasks:
Answering telephone queries on behalf of the office
Processing data, managing databases and maintaining records
Provide administrative support to the Finance and Senior Management team.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
Complete paperwork and administrative tasks promptly
Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
