The Role:
Our dynamic, fast moving and high attaining Facilities Management team, a key element of the WCC Corporate Landlord operating model, seek an exceptional, experienced and focused Contract & Compliance Portfolio Manager.
You will orchestrate the delivery of our brand new Total Facilities Management Contract and to manage statutory compliance delivery across the corporate and school estate.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, the ideal candidate will already possess a proven track record in an environment of similar type and scale, thrive on challenge and problem solving, and be driven by successful outcome. You will also line manage 3 compliance managers.
