As we grow, our global footprint expands, with additional sites in London, Dublin, Singapore, and Miami. About the role We're currently seeking an AOG Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in facilitating the delivery of global airframe component sales by overseeing the AOG Sales team and the AOG Stores & Logistics team. As the AOG Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that both teams meet their respective KPIs and work together collaboratively to provide the best possible service. Responsibilities: Manage and motivate teams at all levels Define and track departmental KPIs Continuously improve departmental procedures and processes Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews Ensure adequate shift coverage and resource management Participate in management, sales, and stores meetings Assist in annual budget and operational planning Understand and support AOG Sales and AOG Stores & Logistics functions Keep AOG teams' training up to date and ensure understanding of wider business communication Foster cooperation with wider sales and stores teams Maintain communication with other department heads Undertake project work and other assigned duties Apply consistent pricing strategy based on product type and market dynamics Set and monitor individual and team performance targets for AOG teams Communicate effectively with vendors and customers, negotiate purchase prices and payment terms Periodically visit key customers and attend trade shows Occasionally join out-of-hours shifts to monitor team performance (including nights and weekends) You will ideally need the following: Minimum GCSE standard in Mathematics and English Relevant experience in an AOG-related role within the aerospace industry Aircraft aftermarket sales experience Previous management experience Strong capacity and resource planning abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Familiarity with Quantum Inventory system beneficial Existing customer relationships in the region preferred Forklift truck license advantageous Hazardous Goods in transit certificate beneficial In return we offer: Discretionary Bonus Scheme Pension Scheme Life Assurance Healthcare Scheme 25 days of annual leave with an option to buy or sell an additional 5 days per year Volunteering Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Electric Vehicle Leasing Scheme Season Ticket Loan Social events and much more We're actively reviewing applications and conducting interviews regularly.
