We are currently recruiting for a compassionate, resilient Complex Care / Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for a young woman in her early 20s with complex mental health needs.
12.82 per hour (weekdays)
~£13.03 per hour (weekends)(rate increase April 2026 TBC)

You will be supporting within both the home and community environment, focusing on:
Supporting daily routines and independent living skills
Promoting safety, structure, and wellbeing
Building a consistent, trusting relationship
This is a 2:1 support package with 12-hour shifts (12pm12am).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous experience in mental health / complex care / support work
Confident supporting individuals with:
Challenging behaviours
Awareness of self-harm and associated risks(desirable, not essential)
Reliable, flexible, and able to work alternate weekends
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs
