VodafoneThree Wholesale has entered a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine the UK connectivity market. Our newly merged business brings together the scale, innovation, network strength and market expertise of two industry leaders — creating the most advanced mobile network in the UK and unlocking bold new possibilities for our customers.

We’re building a brand-new Wholesale team to set and deliver an ambitious wholesale strategy that drives sustainable growth, launches new revenue streams, forges powerful partnerships and delivers on customer experience. These roles are at the forefront of shaping our market position and ensuring our network advantage translates into commercial success at a pivotal moment for the market and VodafoneThree.

VodafoneThree Wholesale is building the UK’s most advanced mobile network, unlocking new possibilities for customers and partners. This role is central to driving growth in emerging messaging services, including RCS, Verification, and Virtual Mobile Numbers (VMN).

The Senior Commercial Lead (Growing Business) will focus on scaling these innovative propositions, forging new partnerships, and delivering year-on-year growth. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute leader who thrives on creating new concepts, shaping market opportunities, and driving adoption of next-generation messaging solutions.

A key aspect of this role will be to work in close partnership with senior regulatory and technology leaders, ensuring that all commercial and technological transformations are seamlessly harmonised with evolving regulatory requirements. This is a unique and influential opportunity to guide VodafoneThree at the forefront of connectivity, global expansion, and the evolution of the UK’s most advanced mobile network.



* Define and execute the growth strategy for RCS, Verification, and VMN services.
* Own the P&L for these emerging businesses, delivering revenue and profitability targets.
* Identify and develop new concepts, partnerships, and distribution channels to accelerate growth.
* Build compelling investment cases for new initiatives and secure organisational buy-in.
* Lead go-to-market execution for new products and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate shifts and adapt strategy.
* Drive operational excellence and product quality across all growth services.
* Inspire and lead a team to deliver innovation, resilience, and commercial success.

Qualifications


Who you are

* Strong commercial leadership within telecom or adjacent tech sectors.
* Proven success in launching and scaling new products and services.
* Deep expertise in messaging technologies and wholesale market dynamics.
* Skilled in building and presenting compelling investment cases.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and high‑impact leadership
