About the Role As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support students aged 11–16 with diverse SEMH needs, including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and challenging behaviours. You'll work both one-to-one and in small groups, helping to create a safe, nurturing environment where students can develop self-regulation skills, emotional resilience, and positive learning outcomes. This position is perfect for Psychology graduates or individuals with proven experience in mentoring, coaching, youth work, or caring roles.
