Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of client matters consistently and professionally, adhering to the firm’s and the SRA's standards
* Undertake fee-earning work with reliability, mindful of risk and compliance
* Engage in business development to retain and expand client relationships
* Keep technical expertise sharp and up to date through ongoing learning
* Oversee personal growth, proactive in developing interpersonal and professional skills
Requirements
* Direct and relevant experience in real estate disputes with appropriate PQE
* Strong commercial understanding of the client's industry and business
* Proven track record of sound financial management and case management
* Proficiency in IT, including case management systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, team-oriented attitude
