We're looking for a Project Manager (Delivery) to join our SP Energy Networks team within the SPM Mid – Cheshire District business unit. This role is critical to the safe and efficient delivery of customer connection projects across our Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) portfolios, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licence obligations.

What You'll Be Doing

* Deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory, and operational objectives, optimising performance through incentive mechanisms.
* Lead customer and stakeholder engagement to support successful delivery of project plans and outcomes.
* Develop and manage robust project plans that minimise customer outages and support licence obligations.
* Ensure effective delivery of performance targets including Customer Minutes Lost, Customer Interruptions, Broad Measure of Customer Satisfaction, Guaranteed Standards, and Time to Connect.
* Manage contracts and CDM responsibilities as required.
* Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis and feedback.
* Promote asset stewardship and apply sound engineering principles to enhance safety, integrity, and longevity of the electrical network.
* Promote and maintain an exemplary safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety legislation.
* Where appropriate, deliver:

* Maintenance, reliability, system performance, and network security outputs

* Connections business plan outputs, optimising profitability and incentive returns

* Capital investment projects and associated regulatory outputs

* Integrate Operational Excellence principles across all activities.
* Ensure accurate and timely data capture within corporate systems.
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all interactions are appropriately logged.

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in project or programme coordination, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
* Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and associated output/incentive mechanisms.
* Commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to balance customer service and project delivery.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities using sound engineering and financial judgement.
* Awareness of key business drivers and the external commercial context.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to devise practical solutions.
* Working knowledge of LV network operations is desirable.
* Proficiency in SAP, NAMS, and other relevant IT systems.

Minimum Requirements

* HNC in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a project delivery role.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Full UK driving licence.
