This role will lead construction teams, ensure full H&S compliance, and drive high‑quality project delivery across multiple sites. Construction Manager role: * Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget * Oversee RAMS approval, supplier performance and site compliance * Conduct Constructability Reviews, Project Rehearsals and Fit for Assembly sign‑off * Drive innovation, zero waste and reduced carbon within construction activities * Ensure timely submission of commercial and contractual notices * Forecast labour, plant and material requirements * Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full H&S compliance About You * Temporary Works experience/qualification * Strong project management background * Degree or equivalent in a construction‑related discipline * Experience delivering large‑scale construction programmes * Water/wastewater experience highly desirable * Strong understanding of CDM and construction H&S * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Able to motivate multi‑disciplinary teams and dri...
