Recruitment Consultant - 25-30% Commission - Incentive Trips - Austria Ski Trip, Bahamas, Barbados

We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester Team situated in the city centre, due to large scale growth. DRNewitt are looking to scale up in 2026 due to a very strong end to 2025. Brilliant time to be joining the group.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential, ideally you will be degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1, plus 6-12 months sales experience working within a B2B environment, but not essential. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for sales and building relationships.

Training will be headed up by our Head of L&D (previous Recruiter to a VERY high standard). You will be put through our very own training academy where you will be given all the tools & coaching to be the best.
The role:
·Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies.
·Identify business development opportunities daily.
·Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
·Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.
