A leading UK dealership specialising in Road Machinery are looking for a Service Manager to manage the after-market business for the division, working closely alongside customers ensuring an excellent level of service is provided whilst collaborating with key stakeholders.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + benefits

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Road Equipment team
Manage the growth and development of the after-market business.
Contribute to achieving national goals
Ensure compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards
Maintain customer relationships and understand requirements by establishing close liaisons with Road machinery customers
To ensure appropriate and timely problem resolution, both internally and externallyThe ideal candidate for Service Manager will have:
Experience in a similar Service Manager role in a dealer environment within the Road/Construction/Agricultural industry
The ability to organise the day-to-day organisation/scheduling of breakdowns, engineers and parts requirements
A strong customer focus and able to deliver on commitments internally and externally
Understanding of our customer’s needs
Team player and ability to work on own initiative
