Sales Operations Coordinator (Solar PV OEM)
Salary: £35,000 per annum. Hybrid role based in Penrith with industry training, group performance bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Process and manage sales orders from enquiry through to fulfilment.
* Coordinate between sales and production teams to track order progress.
* Provide customer and client support via phone and email, responding to enquiries and resolving issues, while maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, order records, and internal operational reports.
* Support operational planning by assisting with stock checks, procurement coordination, and monitoring outstanding requests to ensure smooth day‑to‑day business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Operations Support position.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Pipedrive.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively across sales, production, and procurement teams.
* Willingness to participate in industry training and career development opportunities.
