About the Role
The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) Night Driver for a busy logistics operation based in Doncaster, near the airport.
This is a temporary role, ideal for drivers looking for flexible work, covering holiday leave and sickness absence. You'll be completing night trunking and delivery runs, ensuring operations continue smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out night trunking and delivery work in a Class 1 (CE) vehicle
* Provide holiday and sickness cover as required
* Conduct pre- and post-vehicle checks and report defects
* Ensure all runs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
* Follow all Driver Hours, WTD, and road safety regulations
* Maintain a professional and reliable approach at all times

Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence
* Minimum 2 years' CE driving experience
* Valid CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
* No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
* Strong understanding of driver regulations and safety standards
* Flexible and dependable attitude
