Overview
Responsible for leading technical teams, managing end-to-end delivery of projects, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. This role requires strong hands-on technical knowledge combined with leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership. Primarily work on transition from J&J platform to DePuy platform. Will involve vetting a lot of apps, checking if they are feasible to new platform, identify the transitional requirements, manage the transition etc.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Delivery Management
* Lead and manage multiple IT projects across application development, support, or transformation programs
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
* Review solution designs, architecture, and technical decisions to ensure scalability and security
* Guide teams through SDLC - Agile/Scrum
* Manage and mentor technical leads, developers, testers, and support engineers
* Allocate resources effectively and align skillsets to project demands
* Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and capability development for team members
Stakeholder & Client Management
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and clients
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to leadership
Governance & Process
* Ensure adherence to organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and engineering practices
* Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively
