Payments Administrator
Location: Stradbroke
Department: Finance
We’re looking for a Payments Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career who enjoys hands‑on accounting work and wants to build strong foundations in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
* Support the month‑end accounts process
* Process journals and invoices for coding and payment
* Maintain financial compliance and core controls
* Ensure movement licences are processed accurately
* Provide financial support to the wider business
* Take ownership of small projects and daily tasks
What You’ll Bring
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
* GCSEs in English and Maths
* Studying AAT or keen to start (ideal)
* SAP experience is a bonus, but not essential
