The reception team is often the first point of contact for staff, students, and visitors, playing a key role in maintaining the school's professional image. The team is friendly, attentive, and committed to excellent customer service, engaging actively with clients, students, and visitors to deliver a positive experience.
Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, handling telephone inquiries, managing room bookings, supporting the wider school activities, sorting and distributing mail, processing outgoing mail, and issuing keys and access cards.
The ideal candidate will have a good educational background, customer-facing experience, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and computer literacy. Experience at a reception desk is advantageous.
This is a temporary role available from October 2025 for 12 months or until the return of the current post-holder, providing maternity cover.
