Job Description:
As a Java Developer with e-trading experience, you will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of their low latency e-trading platform. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers, analysts, and traders to ensure our system meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for our e-trading trading platform.
* Implement new features and enhancements to improve system functionality and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 2-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
* Strong knowledge of core Java, multithreading, and concurrency.
* Experience with electronic trading systems.
* Familiarity with financial markets and trading concepts.
* Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases
* Experience with Aeron is preferable.
