With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation for build quality and customer satisfaction, they are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a busy development in Ringmer.
The Role:
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of a live residential development.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the management of all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
*
Supervising subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality control across all phases of the build
*
Supporting health and safety compliance and ensuring site procedures are adhered to
*
Coordinating with site teams, engineers, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow
*
Providing progress reports and assisting with site documentation and record keeping
About You:
*
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor on volume residential schemes (ideally with a national or regional housebuilder)
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and quality
*
Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
