Job Overview
We are seeking a Bristol based dynamic Sales Support Executive who cares about customer experience and strong excel and IT skills whilst experienced using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot). They must posses a customer focused attitude and ability to pick up the phone and engage with customers and colleagues. If so, then we have the role for you, based in Bristol, as part of our Sales team. This is an office based role in Bristol, UK (BS3) on a 6 month fixed term contract.
We're a family company that's globally recognised exporting products to over 50 countries. We do what we love which is creating and sourcing innovative ingredients such as syrups, hot chocolate, matcha and frappés – as well as blenders and barista gear. We supply and support a wide range of partners – from high-street chains to independent coffee shops, to online retailers and coffee roasters, bars, hotels and restaurants all over the world. Launched in 1997 and this month have turned 27 whilst still independently owned by the original founders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing day to day admin support to the UK and International sales team
* Overseeing the management of the HubSpot CRM system and inbound lead enquiries
* Collation and running of weekly and monthly reports
* Working with the sales team and other departments to ensure customers' requests are completed in a timely manner
* Administrative tasks such completing forms, collating information and online research
We are looking for the following attributes and skills:
* A team player, who is customer focussed and has a can-do attitude
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Well organised and enthusiastic individual, with the ability to multi-task.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel; as well as knowledge of CRM systems – ideally HubSpot.
* Confident communication skills via telephone and email, with customers as well as your co-workers
* Proven administrative experience
* Comfortable working to deadlines
Experience
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Good IT, Microsoft office, Excel and CRM experience
* Customer service experience
* Based within walking, driving or public transport distance of the Bristol office
