Quality Specialist InternLocation: Aberdeen, UKContract: 12-month paid internship / industrial placementWorking pattern: Monday-Friday, 3 days per week in the officeAbout the roleAre you a detail-oriented student with an interest in quality, manufacturing documentation, and compliance, looking to gain hands-on experience? We're looking for a Quality Specialist Intern to join this well-known Oil Exploration & Energy Servies company, where you'll play a key role in creating and managing Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) for live projects.This is a critical quality support role, offering exposure to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications, while working closely with engineering, procurement, production, and quality teams. The role provides an excellent foundation for a future career in quality, engineering support, or project delivery within the subsea sector.What you'll be doingAs a Quality Specialist Intern, you'll be involved in a range of quality and documentation activities, including:Creating, reviewing, and compiling Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) for project deliveryReviewing and uploading quality documentation into the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systemElectronically scanning and archiving manufacturing and quality recordsSupporting the site record archival and retrieval process as requiredPerforming accurate data entry into internal systemsReviewing material certifications, traceability documents, test records, and inspection reportsLiaising with engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to validate documentationSupporting project delivery schedules through timely and accurate documentation managementWhat we're looking forWe're keen to hear from motivated students who are organised, analytical, and interested in quality and compliance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Essential:Obtained or currently studying towards a relevant BSc degree (e.g.
