Albion Blake is proud to be working with a global broker whose Film, TV & Media Insurance division protects everything from blockbuster productions to indie shoots and live events. This is your opportunity to play a key role as a Broker within the high-energy Entertainment & Sport team, working with major clients in the media, film, and television sectors.
As part of a specialist team, youll provide first-class support, handle insurance queries and documentation, and help maintain strong client relationships. If youre detail-focused, client-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentthis role was written for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the overall efficient running of the operation by providing support, advice, and back-up to all colleagues where appropriate.
2. Work in line with company best practice and FCA legislation.
3. Work toward company objectives that align with departmental strategy and team goals.
4. Communicate with clients, insurers, and third parties via phone and email to resolve insurance issues.
5. Generate system correspondence to complete transactions in line with client, insurer, and company requirements.
6. Notify insurers of changes and new cover placements promptly.
7. Obtain and submit completed client documentation to insurers quickly.
8. Process, check, and dispatch policy documentation to clients.
9. Issue new business quotations and manage the quotation process.
10. Handle mid-term adjustments and policy renewals.
11. Update computer records to reflect risk detail changes.
12. Re-broke risks and obtain new quotes at least 14 days before renewal.
13. Issue renewal notices and address related issues.
14. Secure outstanding premiums and ensure timely policy extensions or cover notes.
15. Create new policy records and manage premium credit applications.
16. Follow up on outstanding debts and maintain diary system for issue resolution.
What Youll Bring:
17. Cert CII qualification or working towards it (preferred).
18. Insurance experience, ideally within the commercial or entertainment sectors.
19. Working knowledge of FCA regulations and insurance procedures.
20. Client-first approach with excellent time management.
21. High personal drive and team-player mindset.
