Key Responsibilities
* Updating customers on vehicle status and any required work.
* Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly.
* Booking vehicles into the workshop.
* Achieving set performance targets by upselling products.
* Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines.
About the Role
This position is a full‑time permanent role, 46.33 hour week Monday–Friday and one in three Saturdays, with a basic salary of £28,000 and an OTE of £33,000. The role reports to the Aftersales Manager.
Experience Required
No prior experience is required. We welcome candidates with an automotive aftersales or customer service background, and we encourage those looking to start a career in this field.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Great attention to detail.
* Background in customer service is highly advantageous.
* Experience using computer software systems.
