Vehicle Technician
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 basic depending on qualifications and experience, £37,000 OTE (uncapped).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota 8am - 12pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our client’s workshop in Gloucester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This role offers the chance to work in a main dealership with a market-leading bonus scheme. The position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. There are fantastic quarterly and yearly bonuses.

Vehicle Technician responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
* Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
* Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
* Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Vehicle Technician requirements:
* Applicants must have Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification
* Full UK driving license required
