We’re working with a leading UK financial services provider who are seeking a Proposition Manager to join their UK Product team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of retirement planning solutions and customer experiences for one of the most respected brands in the sector.
What you’ll be doing:
* Transform insights into strategy – Use customer, market and business insight to shape compelling propositions that deliver measurable value.
* Innovate product & experience design – Support the development of retirement products and services that make financial sense for customers and the business alike.
* Collaborate to deliver – Work across marketing, operations, technology and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery of new propositions.
* Lead with impact – Influence proposition vision, define benefits, and manage prioritisation using agile methodologies.
* Maintain & evolve – Continuously support and optimise existing products based on feedback, behavioural data, and market changes.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in proposition or product development within financial services (pref pension).
* Commercially astute with the ability to connect strategic thinking with operational delivery.
* Excellent analytical skills – comfortable with interpreting data, insight, and behavioural trends.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Familiarity with agile delivery methods is a plus.
