Apprentice Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as an Apprentice Marketing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards an gaining your Multi-Channel Marketer level 3 qualification.
What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting a wide range of marketing activities, including events, branding, digital marketing, advertising and signage. You'll help organise and deliver marketing projects, assist with branding and content creation, carry out research, liaise with suppliers, and upload and maintain website and portal content. The role also involves general administrative duties to keep the team running smoothly. This is an apprentice position, offering structured training and development to help you build your skills and progress in your career. The course you will enrol in is delivered through twice monthly half-day seminars and coaching from an experienced marketing professional, as well as a virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons. Each module has accompanying project work.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring:
Minimum of grade 4 in GCSE English and Maths
Good communication skills with the ability to write clearly, speak confidently, and adapt style for different audiences.
Creative with an eye for detail, able to spot what looks professional and on-brand with basic design awareness
Strong organisation and time management skills, keeping track of multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and keeping files organised.
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and ideally social media platforms. Experience using Canva and Adobe Express is a bonus
A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
