Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Service Team Leader to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays (until 1pm) on a rota basis.
Salaries include basic salary plus a monthly bonus and a company car, with an OTE of £46,000.
Role and Responsibilities
Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible service experience.
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Team Leader with a motor trade background. This is an important role supporting the Service Manager. In addition you will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services.
You will be responsible for:
• booking in vehicles
• greeting customers
• informing them of progress
• organising works authorisation
• managing a small team of Technicians
• liaising with the workshop and other internal departments.
You are likely to be experienced in either a similar role aspiring to join the group, or in a Service Advisor / Workshop role looking for your first step into management.
