Systems Support Engineer
Permanent - On-site - Northampton - Up to £30k per annum + Bonus
Are you a tech-savvy Systems Support Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft 365, Exchange, and CRM platforms? We're working with a dynamic and growing organisation that is seeking a proactive and reliable Systems Support Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st/2nd line support across a range of IT systems and users.
* Maintain and support Microsoft 365 (including Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online).
* Troubleshoot issues related to cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
* Support users with CRM platforms - preferably Zoho, but experience with other CRM systems will also be considered.
* Assist with systems upgrades, migrations, and documentation.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
1. Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange.
2. Solid understanding of cloud services and Active Directory integration.
3. Experience supporting or administering CRM systems - Zoho CRM experience highly desirable, though others (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) are welcome.
