Working Location: Sherburn-in-Elmet, Leeds Hours of work: Mon to Thurs 7am 3:45pm and Friday 7am 11:30am Pay: £14.50ph + £25pw Attendance allowance
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Proven experience in programming, setting and operating Trumpf press brakes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings essential
Ability to work on own initiative essential
Able to set and maintain a high standard of workmanship essential
Sheet metal working background preferred
Responsibilities To read, interpret and understand engineering drawings
Ensure all job bookings accurately recorded
Completing operations within allocated time
Improve the processes where possible
Visually inspect the components to ensure that it meets the requirements
To undertake first off inspections where required
To ensure compliance to Health and safety standards as directed by the Company
Any other duties that may fit into the remit of this role as and when required
