About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Playground Installer to join our team. You'll help build and install high-quality playgrounds, outdoor spaces, and surfacing for schools, councils, and community projects.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role — ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing a great job, and can be counted on to show up on time and work safely.
What You'll Do
* Install playground equipment, surfacing, and site furniture
* Carry out groundwork, concreting, and levelling
* Operate diggers, dumpers, and other plant machinery
* Follow site plans and installation instructions
* Maintain tools, vehicles, and site standards
* Work safely and efficiently as part of a small team
What We're Looking For
* Full UK driving licence – essential
* Digger and dumper tickets – essential (CPCS or NPORS)
* Experience in playground installation or carpentry
* Excellent punctuality and reliability
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Physically fit and happy to work outdoors
Desirable Skills
* CSCS card
* Landscaping or fencing experience
* First Aid or other safety qualifications
