Tiler required in and around Grimsby to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme due to start on the 29th September.
The Client
Our client is a main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions.
The Role
Main duties are tiling kitchens and bathrooms in tenanted and void properties.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.
* Street Parking
* Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within the Lincolnshire area
* Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements
* Previous experience as a Tiler
* Social housing experience
* Own Tools
* Valid CSCS Card
* Own Transport
* You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you havent worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
