The role of the Contracts Manager Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve:
* Contracts Manager overseeing a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for commercial and residential projects
* Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements
* National travel is required, working on a range of projects youll be on the road 2-3 days per week
* Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays
* Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations
* Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning
* Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs
* Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures
* Responsible for projects ranging from £1k - £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager Fire Sprinkler Systems with:
* Must have experience dealing with sprinkler systems
* Must have 4+ years of Contract Management experience, preferably within the fire industry
* Will have understanding of ISO9001 & related regulations
* Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
* Must be a hard worker thats ready to get stuck in
* High levels of organisation
* Confident individual that can deal with any problems that xsngvjr occur on site
* Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
