Domestic/Housekeeping Team Leader – Belfast
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm – 7:00pm (30 hours) — no weekends. Flexibility possible with interview discussion.
Salary: £14.70 per hour, plus Serco benefits.
Serco is looking for an experienced housekeeper to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity with great working hours.
Main Purpose: To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in a Grade A Office Block Building in Belfast City Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of housekeeping staff
* Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and manage stock control
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
* Conduct audits in line with contractual requirements
* Ensure staff are competent in their roles, trained, and understand how to use equipment
* Utilise electronic management systems
Skills Required:
* Supervisory experience in housekeeping/cleaning
* Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
* Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
* Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
