The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
As a Clubroom F&B Supervisor you will oversee a team within our indoor and outdoor operation, including managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily food and beverage service operations.
* Manage indoor and outdoor events (e.g., summer BBQs, quiz nights).
* Ensure exceptional member service and quality standards.
* Develop and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
* A self‑motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
* Strong team player with collaboration skills.
* Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
