Providing personalised 1:1 support to a student with additional needs, promoting engagement and progress across the curriculum
Collaborating closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to support EHCP outcomes
Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence

Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant supporting young people
Familiarity with SEN strategies and the secondary school curriculum
A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning support
