We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our high-performing Maintenance team. Working on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift (days and nights), youll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our plant operations. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities of Multi-Skilled Engineers: Respond rapidly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. Complete planned preventative maintenance and maintain accurate documentation. Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical and electrical systems. Support electrical and mechanical improvement projects and process enhancements. Maintain clear communication within your shift team and across departments. Act as a key Maintenance Engineer providing technical support and guidance to others. Ensure full compliance with health & safety and GMP procedures. Essential Requirements: Time-served apprenticeship (minimum 4 years) in a relevant engineering discipline. ONC or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities across multi-discipline systems. Flexibility to work a rotating 12-hour shift pattern. Preferred Traits: Team-oriented, reliable, and self-driven. Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
