Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar senior kitchen role within a hospitality or contract catering setting.
Strong knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food safety standards (including HACCP).
Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of supervising and motivating staff.
Ability to work effectively Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Proficient in stock control, cost management, and ordering processes.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to handle client and team interactions professionally.
Understanding of environmental and health & safety regulations relevant to food services.
Uniform standards maintained in line with company policies, including safety shoes and proper attire.
