Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of new financial systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and best‑practice accounting principles.
2. Extract, analyse, and interpret business and financial data to support system design and decision‑making.
3. Review, test, and refine system customisation, ensuring robust controls, accurate consolidation, and efficient workflows.
4. Develop and embed process controls, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures.
5. Deliver training, guidance, and documentation to finance and non‑finance teams across the business.
6. Work closely with operational teams to ensure system outputs support inventory management, product costing, distribution processes, and stock validation.
7. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive enhancements post‑implementation.

Essential Skills & Experience
8. Proven background in system implementation within a finance environment.
9. Strong understanding of consolidation, process controls, and approval workflows.
10. Ability to extract, interpret, and translate financial and operational data into actionable system requirements.
11. Experience managing full project lifecycles—from scoping and configuration through to testing, rollout, and training.
12. Excellentmunication skills, with the ability to influence and support colleagues across the organisation.
Desirable Experience
13. Knowledge of inventory controls, product and distribution processes, and stock validation.
14. Experience working in multi‑site or product‑based businesses.
