Finance Analyst
Location: Onsite based in Dundee (Hybrid)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Operations Finance team. As part of the FP&A function, you will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and business support for critical teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the FP&A Manager and Global Operations leadership with financial insights and reporting.
* Deliver monthly financial updates to leadership and business partners, offering analysis and guidance to support decision-making.
* Lead monthly accounting activities, including actuals, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments.
* Drive the quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes.
* Manage global cost allocations for the Global Operations organization.
* Track and report on productivity initiatives.
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
* Actively look for opportunities to improve and standardize finance processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
* Actively pursuing a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and deliver insights.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
