Job Description
3. Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate analysis of income, expenditure, and departmental budgets.
4. Monitor and control budgets, identifying efficiencies and contributing to procurement and expenditure plans.
5. Provide financial guidance and training to staff and budget holders, ensuring compliance with policies and procurement processes.
6. Generate financial reports, dashboards, supporting decision-making and financial oversight at all levels.
7. Support the year-end process, VAT returns, and audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
8. Assist in maintaining financial systems, cashflow forecasting, and payroll processes, ensuring effective financial management and contingency support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
9. A strong background in accounting and finance within a similar environment.
10. Happy to consider Part qualified, QBE and Qualified candidates
11. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
12. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
13. The ability to work effectively in a temporary role.
