Job description Smile Education is working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary academy within a well-established Multi-Academy Trust in Manchester. The school is committed to inclusive education, student wellbeing and personal development, ensuring every young person feels safe, supported and ready to succeed. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pastoral Support Officer to join a dedicated pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young people emotionally, socially and academically in a positive school environment. ✨ School-based experience is not essential — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
